p11 - Devil's Triangle & Bermuda Triangle are on opposite sides of the earth. It's a magnetic anomaly; apparently exploited by Leedskalnin when he built the Coral Castle. Not to mention the Egyptians, the Stonehenge builders, Tiwanaco builders etc etc. Has anyone drawn a line through the earth at these 2 points to see where it periodically goes to I wonder... Influence from a stellar body from time to time? What position is earth in when these disappearances happen? Or is it just ocean currents, warm meeting cold & creating a vortex that sucks down ships planes etc. Doesn't splain the ships found intact but with all the peeps on board missing or all the other weird stuff documented by Berlitz, Moore etc... USO's kidnapping everyone, eh? Too coincidental for it to be ocean currents on the exact opposite points of the earth if you axe me... But there are sposed to be other points too; 2 books by John Michell are sposed to lay this out. I gots them here, should get to them one of these days... A geomagnetic grid... Ley lines...
p40 - Otto Binder promoting the ET theory without a shred of physical evidence; seems to be based entirely on opinions & quotes & his own personal opinion, which he doesn't back up in my own opinion.
p42 - Binder bashes Keel. Oops! At least Keel gives him a fair hearing in a book he supposedly edited; uh, 10 years after he died. Maybe the book was assembled but never published...
"Many other worlds with sentient life." Unproven! Some scientists believe so many factors have to be just right to support life that there may only be a handful of planets with life on them (gots to find the quote I read). Binder's whole hypothesis comes crashing down ...
p48 - Binder ignores hand made artifacts hundreds of thousands if not millions of years old. Like all stodgy skientists he ignores them as if they didn't exist. His concept of the past history of humans (hunter gatherer savages) is outdated and outmoded. His view is a space opera SF writer's view, which happens to have taken over in modern times - aliens everywhere. Methinks this view was proven dead wrong by Keel & his later copiers by 1970, then buried by the shadow peeps who want everyone to believe in non-existent aliens for some reason.
Now there are other intelligences; possibly from an ancient civ here on earth that took to the skies millenia ago. Or never left & moved underground or under the oceans. Or beings that mat & demat from some other 3 dimensional world between the cracks of our dimension. Overlap, one of my friends called it. Or an ancient earth civ that achieved the singularity & are trying to get back any way they can... Not aliens, ancient or otherwise. Humans. Would the Sumerians have wasted so much time with their cylinder seals & stories of gods if they weren't true though? Good question. Check the translations though; Sitchen may not be accurate.
Binder does make an interesting point about ufo's seeming to lead us in aero-technological advances, with the airships of 1896 preceding dirigibles (although there is the Sonoma Aero Club of Dellshau to consider), the ghost fliers in the '30's and '40's in Scandinavia that flew in snowstorms as if to draw attention to themselves, which preceded modern airplanes... He had another example which I don't remember. A point in his favor worth pondering maybe...
p62 - Binder again with his aliens *sigh*.
Oceanographic sounds show the floor of the Atlantic rising (in 1974). Hmm... Did this stop? Are such soundings being taken nowadays? No they better not, it might prove the current rise in sea level is due to some other cause than *ahem* global warming.
Radical change in meteorological factors triggering weird weather conditions. What year is this?! 1972? Well gosh darn it, it's doing the same thing now 50 years later. Better not report on the history of weather changes. Oh no it can't just be a natural cycle, of course not... - an otherwise forgettable book (and author - Binder not Keel) rescued by this section of this article...
p67 - USO's. They must be from outer space. They must be. Binder doesn't even consider the possibility that they might live down there, as his contemporary Ivan Sanderson believed. Binder seems to have an agenda. He is a skientist & did work for NASA, so I'd guess he's one of the ones put out there to promote the ET garbage.
p78 - Interesting section about atomic tests & sudden appearance of green fireballs. With absolutely no evidence Binder claims they were from ufos that were cleansing our atmosphere of radioactivity. Moseley also promoted this theory for awhile but backed off. Binder uses as evidence the report of a psychic (Mark Probert), after earlier totally disparaging & ridiculing the psychic aspects of ufo sightings. Text of a Space Brothers message to Channel 88. I hope no one still believes this crap, but unfortunately...
p80 - The Space Brothers are engaged in earthquake damping, setting up stations inside the earth for that purpose. Hmm. According to Binder's own earthquake data earlier in the article (p70), the quakes have been increasing steadily since 1910, from 98 that decade to 405 in the '60's. Geez, these Space Brothers are miserable failures... Unless... their machines are doing the opposite of what they said. The Gullibles believing everything the ICHC says...
p92 - Allende admitted to Sanderson that he did the annotated Case for the UFO as a joke of sorts. Which is possibly why Keel never took the Philadelphia Experiment stuff seriously. This doesn't explain why at the meeting with Jessup & several others where Jessup gave a re-annotated copy of the book to Sanderson (since disappeared) & told them of weird synchronicities that had been happening, they all supposedly got very nervous. Sanderson never elaborated & died in '76 I believe. The story of that meeting could be apocryphal though; exaggerated by some authors for effect.
p94 - There is no 4th dimension - Sanderson. Otherwise space couldn't exist. There can be other sets of 3 dimensions nested within & outside & around each other. Yes. Time doesn't exist; it's just an arbitrary measure of us foolish humans. Hmm, one could argue the present doesn't exist either, it's just a blink of an eye between the past & the future. Woo...
p99 - Sanderson says USO's come from there (under the ocean). They're indigenous to this planet. Don't tell Otto Binder!
p115 - Wilhelm Reich believed ufo's were the cause of detrimental orgone because it was detected after sightings. He thought they were poisoning the planet; the DOR being a byproduct of their use of orgone energy for propulsion (hmm maybe that's why Villas Boas got some from that alien cutie on her space ship; they were creating orgone energy to fuel her saucer. Wha....) The DOR causing drought & deforestation.
p117 - Ufo's are attacking us by draining life energy; no need for bullets. No wonder he (Reich) was put in prison; not the story the powers that be wanted to promote ie the space brothers & all that crap...
p178 - William Dean Ross says US & other countries are testing interdimensional portals near WV State College in Institute, WV. According to Tom Horn that's what they're using the CERN collider in Europe for; he thinks it'll open a gateway to let in the denizens of Hell. Of course he's a Christian so he has an interesting perspective; not a fan of the Catholic church or Vatican though, he's a Baptist or something something. Protestant anyhow. Need to re-read all his books, however they're stuck over there in CA in my storage unit while I'm over here in NM & more or less forced to stay here for awhile during this coronavirus dealie... I do have 3 newer books of his that I haven't read yet & he's got 4 more that are newer than that. I'll bet there are some connections between what he & Keel are saying (Keel says he was an atheist, though he also said read the Bible, it's all in there), even though they're on opposite ends of the theological spectrum. It's Plan 9 I tells ya...
